  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  2. Once approved, you'll receive our shipping details for sending the item back.
🚚 Customer Responsibility
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking.
  • Shipping charges for sending the exchanged item to you will be borne by us only once.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items requested for exchange after 3 days of delivery.

Once we receive the product and inspect it, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
