We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Only exchanges are accepted — we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or genuine product defects.
- The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
📦 How to Request an Exchange

- Your order number
- Reason for exchange
- Desired size (or mention defect if any)
- Clear photos (in case of defect)
- Once approved, you'll receive our shipping details for sending the item back.
🚚 Customer Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.
- We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking.
- Shipping charges for sending the exchanged item to you will be borne by us only once.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Items requested for exchange after 3 days of delivery.
🕒 Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive the product and inspect it, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
